For over 15 years, Lindsay has been a tenacious advocate for her clients in jurisdictions throughout the country and abroad. Her practice includes representing corporations and insurance carriers in a wide range of complex litigation including successfully defending and pursuing claims in the areas of product liability, construction defects and commercial disputes in addition to multimillion-dollar state and nation-wide class actions. Ms. Dansdill has extensive experience working with Scandinavian companies doing business in the United States and provides guidance in the areas of risk prevention, general corporate matters, drafting upstream and downstream contractual agreements, warranties, product manuals and warning labels suitable for the U.S. market. She regularly presents seminars in Sweden and Finland to audiences of corporations and insurance carriers to advise on potential legal challenges faced by international companies.

Lindsay is licensed to practice law in Illinois, California and Nevada. She serves on the advisory board for Pilot Light, a Chicago based program focusing on the integration of food in the school curriculum. She has also served as a volunteer attorney for Chicago Volunteer Legal Services and as a mentor for Year Up, an organization that provides young adults with hands-on skills training to prepare them for college, internships and career development.

In her spare time, Lindsay enjoys tennis, skiing and running. She considers herself to be a decent home cook although her children will likely tell you otherwise.
